Survey on the Redesign of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) Website [Deadline: August 18]
We are conducting a survey in connection with the redesign of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) website.
We kindly ask for your cooperation with this survey.
PMDA is a public institution that conducts reviews of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, provides information, and collects data on adverse reactions. At present, PMDA is planning to renew its website for patients, families, and the general public, with the aim of reflecting the perspectives of users in the redesign.
We are inviting broad feedback by asking participants to view the mock-up pages of the redesigned website (draft pages that allow users to check the appearance and structure prior to completion) and to share opinions on usability, areas that may be unclear, and other aspects.
This survey is being conducted by the non-profit organization ASrid, commissioned by PMDA, as part of its pro bono activities. All responses will be anonymized—any parts judged to include personal information will be removed—before the data is provided to PMDA.
